Arnold A. Daniels
A26004600

The defendant participated in the murder of James Foster.  Foster was a victim who was testifying against someone associated with the co-defendants in this case.  On the day of the murder, this defendant provided the description of Foster to one of his co-defendants, as well as a gun.  When the co-defendant returned without shooting Foster, this defendant instructed him to go back and shoot Foster, which he did.  After the murder, this defendant provided the getaway.

Daniels helped plan and assist in the execution of another person.  He has shown no regard for human life.  Daniels has yet to serve even the minimum part of his sentence.  Regardless, this office believes Daniels should serve the maximum sentence for this horrible crime.
