Today, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced the indictment of Christopher Muldrow (DOB 12-13-89) for 2 counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor (Felony 2) and 13 counts of Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor (Felony 4). If convicted of all charges, he faces the possibility of over 35 years in prison and registration as a Tier II sex offender.
Muldrow is accused of soliciting teenage girls for sexually explicit material. This came to light when the international task force Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) relayed a tip to the Regional Electronics and Computer Investigation Sections (RECI) of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office concerning Muldrow’s Internet activity. An investigation revealed Muldrow had solicited 3 teenage girls between the ages of 13 and 15 from New York, Arkansas and Colorado. He was also in possession of a sexually oriented video of a prepubescent child performing a sex act as well as numerous images of prepubescent children engaging in sexual activity.
Muldrow was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office on October 7, 2020 and remains behind bars at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters commented, “Another extremely vile and disturbing case of an adult taking advantage of young, innocent children for his own sexual gratification.
We are concerned that there may be more victims of Muldrow who have not come forward. We urge anyone with information about this case to contact the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Regional Electronics and Computer Investigation Section at 513-352-3673.”
