Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters Announces the indictment of Orlando Fonesca Rodriguez for disseminating material harmful to juveniles and public indecency

Today, Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters announced the indictment of Orlando Fonesca Rodriguez for 10 counts of Disseminating Material Harmful to Juveniles (Felony 4) and 3 counts of Public Indecency (Misdemeanor 1).  If convicted of all charges, he faces the possibility of 15 years in prison.

Rodriguez is charged with exposing himself to 2 young victims under the age of 13 and also for showing them pornographic videos.  This occurred in his home in Anderson Township over the course of approximately 1 year.

The victims disclosed to parents who called the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department.

Prosecutor Deters commented, “I can never understand how people can do these kinds of things to young children.  No matter how long I handle these kinds of cases, they are still very disturbing to me.

The victims did the right thing by disclosing and getting the police involved so that we could get this guy arrested and off the streets.”
