James D. Winterman

James Winterman is currently serving a sentence of 10 to 50 years following a conviction for rape. The defendant in this case raped his four daughters, 16, 15, 13 and 10, over a period of years. He beat and raped his daughters continually when their mother was out running errands. Because of physical and emotional strain this horrific crime placed on the victims, the defendant should continue to be incarcerated and kept away from the rest of society.
