On October 7, 2024, Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney Melissa Powers served as the keynote speaker for a luncheon gathering of retired former Proctor and Gamble employees. Staffers from her office presented an Elder Justice Unit training to the group. The event took place at Seasons Retirement Community. Powers also served as a celebrity guest at the luncheon ahead of the presentation.
