Municipal Division
The Municipal Court Division prosecutes all misdemeanors in Hamilton County except those occurring within the City of Cincinnati.
Misdemeanor criminal penalties can include a fine and/or incarceration. Municipal Court is a very busy court handling tens of thousands of cases every year.
