The Intake Division is the entry point into the Prosecutor’s Office for all felony cases.
The Intake Division presents evidence to two grand juries which hear evidence and vote on whether or not to return an indictment. Grand Juries are selected by the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court. The Intake Division also includes the Victim/Witness advocate program as well as the Diversion program.
