MediaHuman YouTube Downloader Crack On February 2, 2023, Evendale officers initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Reading and Fortney Roads. The driver of that vehicle attempted to alert officers of an erratic driver of a pickup truck. While officers were taking this information from the driver, they heard a loud boom consistent with a gunshot. The Evendale officers released the driver from the traffic stop and attempted to locate the source of the gunshot. A third officer responded to the area to provide assistance. The driver of the original traffic stop flagged down the third officer and pointed in the direction of Reading Road and McSwain Drive. The third officer entered the parking lot the Speedway located at that intersection and came upon Carlos Ramirez. Ramirez came out from behind a gas pump holding a shotgun. The officer gave verbal commands for Ramirez to drop the gun. Ramirez raised the shotgun at the officer, causing the officer to believe Ramirez would shoot him. The officer fired several rounds at Ramirez. Ramirez entered his vehicle and fled the scene. While fleeing, Ramirez fired one shot in the direction of the officer. Ramirez then led police on a high-speed, multi-jurisdictional chase. Ultimately, Ramirez crashed his vehicle into a Metro bus in the City of Cincinnati. Upon apprehension, Cincinnati Police Officers recovered the shotgun and one spent shotgun shell in the vehicle. Prior to shooting at the officer, Ramirez had threatened five civilians with the shotgun. Approximately seven hours prior to this incident, Ramirez had been released from Warren County jail after his arrest for OVI and Improper Handling of a Firearm. Given the immediate threat presented to the officer when Ramirez raised the shotgun at him, it was determined that the officer’s discharge of his firearm was justified. Hamilton County Prosecutor Melissa Powers commented, “This man is an obvious danger to our community and I am thankful he was taken off the streets without anyone being injured. This behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone in this county who threatens the lives of our officers will go to prison for a long time.”
