Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich announces Indictment of woman who crashed into Pleasant Ridge Fire Station property
Today Hamilton County Prosecutor Connie Pillich announced the indictment of Kristin Pollitt, 22, address unknown, on charges related to a crash that left property at the Pleasant Ridge Fire Station on Montgomery Road damaged.
Pollitt was indicted on charges of failure to comply with a police officer, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension. The chase began during the early morning hours of April 1, when Norwood Police attempted to stop her on suspicion of driving under the influence. The chase ended when Pollitt crashed into the retaining wall outside Cincinnati Fire Station #8.
Two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The failure to comply charge was filed as a Felony 3 (F3), which carries a penalty of 9 months to three years in prison.
