On July 20, 2024, Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney Melissa Powers attended the annual Peace Bowl at Walnut Hills High School. The event brings together at-risk youth from around the region for a day of football and comradery. Some teams travel from as far away as Tennessee, Michigan, and Illinois. The event started in 2007.
