Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph T. Deters, with the assistance of Hamilton County Coroner, Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco, is launching a review of the tragic death of Kyle Plush, who was a 16-year-old student at Seven Hills. Currently, they are awaiting results of the investigation by the Cincinnati Police Department.

Prosecutor Deters commented, “This young man was trapped in the third row bench seat, and it is called asphyxia due to chest compression. We are actively working to identify experts to assist us in this investigation.”
